Your first steps, clearly explained

Yusr user guide

From “where do I start?” to receiving your result. This guide explains the platform and the steps you control, so you can choose, prepare and follow up with confidence.

What is Yusr, and how does it help?

Yusr brings administrative, legal and authority-related services together in one place. Start with your need, understand the service requirements, then request the agreed work and receive its outcome.

You do not need to memorise every authority or procedure. Search by topic, read the relevant guide and choose a service. If you already have an application, explain its current stage rather than ordering duplicate work.

The service card explains the scope and requirements. Official decisions, permits and approvals remain with the responsible authority. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval or the cancellation of a penalty.

Start with the right category

The tracks near the top explain the idea. Use the category choices in the services section to filter what you see. Explanatory text is not itself a clickable control.

  1. Individuals: personal procedures, including powers of attorney and other individual matters.
  2. Residents: residency, passport, work and family procedures, subject to the chosen service requirements.
  3. Investors and entrepreneurs: starting, licensing, operating and changing a business.
  4. Instant services: work with a shorter preparation and delivery route where applicable, not a promise of immediate completion for every service.

A service can suit more than one category. The category helps browsing; it does not establish eligibility.

Search, expand a category and read the service

  1. Search by service, topic or authority. Try a specific phrase such as “reserve a trade name” instead of a broad word.
  2. If nothing appears, clear the search or category/authority filter and try another phrase. Earlier filters can restrict results.
  3. A category initially shows example services. Use its expansion arrow or line to show the rest, then use it again to return to the shorter view.
  4. Open the service card and read its description, scope, terms, requirements, attachments and price. Similar names do not always mean the same procedure.
  5. Read the blog if you need background first. If two services still seem similar, describe your situation to the assistant or team before confirming.

Prepare your details and use field help

Enter the applicant’s correct details and a contact method you actually use. Answer the service-specific questions for your situation. Fields vary by service; use another person’s or establishment’s details only when required and you have the appropriate authority.

  1. Read the field label and hint. Complete required fields; use optional ones when relevant.
  2. Use the small exclamation mark beside the label for an explanation, where to find the information and any caution, then close it and continue.
  3. Copy names and numbers from the correct source and check them. Ask the team if required information is unavailable instead of inventing a value to pass validation.
  4. Describe the intended outcome, earlier steps, the blocked stage and any reference. Separate your request from supporting notes.
  5. Where “Save as draft” is available, wait for confirmation. A draft is not a submitted request. Resume using the same account or guest browser; a phone number alone does not give access to another browser’s drafts.

Attach the right, readable documents

  1. Match each attachment to its requested document. Selecting a file on your device is not proof of upload; wait for confirmation or the filename.
  2. Check the complete page and numbers are readable with no cropped edges. Use the current document and avoid empty, corrupted or password-protected files.
  3. Follow the format and size shown by the upload field. Read any rejection message; changing the filename extension does not convert a file.
  4. If you need a PDF from images, use the document tool, download and review the output, then attach it to your request. Conversion does not automatically attach the result.

Do not attach unrelated documents. Describe technical problems without sharing sensitive documents in general chat.

Understand the scope and price before confirming

Check the published service price and whether authority fees are included or require confirmation. Authority fees concern the official procedure; they are not necessarily the price of Yusr’s work. Do not assume an undisclosed fee is included.

Fees and requirements can vary with the procedure and circumstances. Ask for clarification where a fee or total is unconfirmed. The agreed scope and confirmed order total take precedence over an older article or example.

Document and specified authority fees are included where itemised in the price, never counted twice. Some activities or circumstances may incur additional fees on a SADAD invoice. Yusr then sends the customer an invoice for the difference only, with its reason and amount before settlement. Additional fees are not included unless itemised in the price.

The online payment gateway is still being completed. Displaying Mada or Apple Pay does not confirm activation. Use only the payment route confirmed by the team for your request; never send card details or verification codes in chat.

Complete the steps and confirm submission

  1. Start from the correct service and read its terms before agreeing.
  2. Complete details and required attachments. Use Next to proceed and Back to review. Selecting an answer is not a substitute for confirming the step.
  3. Review details, scope, amount and anything requiring your approval or attendance. Correct errors or ask for clarification before submitting.
  4. Use the available submission control and wait for the saved result. Do not close the page or repeatedly click while it is sending.
  5. Keep the order number shown with confirmation. A click or sound alone is not proof; check the success message and order number.

If an error appears without success confirmation, keep the message and check tracking or contact the team before submitting again to avoid duplicates.

Track the request and respond to the team

  1. Open Order Status using the number you received. Complete any verification required before details can be shown.
  2. Sign in to access requests submitted in that account session. Guest requests and historical records are not automatically linked by a matching phone number; contact the team for ownership verification. A draft is not an order being processed.
  3. Read the available status and notes. A request for additional information usually identifies something needed from you; it is not necessarily a rejection.
  4. Provide requested details or documents through the designated order channel and keep the reference for follow-up. Tell the team about material changes.
  5. Review the service’s stated timeframe and dependencies on your response or authority decisions. One timeframe does not fit every procedure; Yusr’s status does not replace the official decision.

Receive and check the outcome

When the team confirms completion, review the outcome and attachments made available to you. Check names, details and delivery against the agreed scope. Download a copy where available and store it safely.

If delivery needs correction or a file will not open, describe the issue with the order number and relevant document. Ask the team to review the existing request before ordering the same service again.

Use the tools and self-service features

Open tools and calculators from the menu. They help with preparation and understanding; using them does not submit an official application or transfer money. Check inputs and outputs and seek specialist review where rights or obligations depend on a result.

  1. PDF editing and image conversion: select static JPG, PNG or WebP files, convert, download and review the PDF. Animated images, HEIC and SVG are not supported by the current converter. Opening the editor can use a temporary preview upload; this does not attach the file to an order.
  2. Calculators: use the designated inputs and relevant assumptions, then review the result and explanation. A financial estimate or inheritance calculation is not a final determination for your circumstances.
  3. Résumés and notices: follow the tool’s steps and review names, dates and wording before download or use. Creating a document does not automatically send it to an authority.

Use the blog and assistant before acting

The blog is for understanding: find a topic and read its definition, scope, preparation, questions and available sources. A linked service is the next step if needed; an article is not an application or official approval.

The assistant offers guidance. Explain your goal, for example “I need a trade name and already have a business”, or describe an error without personal data. It can suggest services and explain published information, but it cannot establish eligibility or complete the official procedure for you.

Contact the team if the answer is insufficient. Do not send a full identity number, password, verification code or card details in chat.

Language, appearance and account safety

  1. Use the language control for Arabic or English and the moon control for appearance where available. On mobile, use the three-line menu for pages and tools.
  2. Changing language does not change requirements or the accuracy needed in your details. Ask for clarification where an explanation is missing.
  3. Keep sign-in details private and check the website address before signing in or paying. Do not trust unfamiliar links requesting passwords or codes in Yusr’s name.
  4. On a shared device, sign out and remove sensitive downloads when finished. Read the privacy policy for information handling and related contact routes.
  5. Sounds are optional cues controlled by the platform administration. Silence does not prove failure; check the written confirmation and order number.

If something goes wrong, here is how to get help

  1. Identify the page, service, blocked step and expected result. Note the error wording, time, device and browser.
  2. Before reloading, save a draft where available and wait for confirmation. Do not assume all inputs are automatically saved; reloading can lose unsaved details.
  3. For a file problem, check format, size and readability. For submission problems, check connectivity and required fields, then check tracking before trying again.
  4. Use Contact Us in the footer or the WhatsApp button and include the order reference where available. Hide identity, banking information, codes and unrelated personal data in screenshots.
  5. For a direct conversation, use the direct-contact option and follow available scheduling and confirmations. Do not assume a meeting link exists before it is confirmed. Use the complaints page for a complaint or objection tied to the existing request.

Common questions

I do not know the service name. Where do I start?

Choose the closest category and search by topic or authority. Read the relevant guide or describe your intended outcome to the assistant; you do not need the official term first.

Does my chosen category prove eligibility?

No. It filters browsing. Eligibility depends on the service requirements, your circumstances and the authority’s decision.

Does saving a draft submit the order?

No. Wait for draft-save confirmation, then resume and submit when ready. Treat it as submitted only after confirmation and an order number.

Does the price include every authority fee?

Check what is stated for your request. Do not assume an unspecified fee is included. Ask for the scope and total before paying when fees are variable or unconfirmed.

An error appeared after submission. Should I submit again?

Check confirmation and order tracking first. Contact the team if the result is unclear; repeated clicks or a new order can duplicate the request.

I converted an image to PDF. Was it attached automatically?

No. Download and check it, then upload it into the required attachment field and wait for confirmation. Editor preview and order attachment are separate actions.

Does the assistant submit my request or make the final decision?

No. It explains and suggests using available information. Requests follow the normal workflow, official decisions remain with the authority, and matters needing human review go to the team.

What if I cannot track the order or open the delivered file?

Check the order reference and account, then contact the team with the problem description and reference. Do not publish documents or sign-in details to prove the issue.

This guide explains how to use the platform; it does not replace the chosen service’s terms, privacy policy or a case-specific review. Features and requirements may change; follow the information shown in your request.
